Hydroseeding is a fast economical way to apply seed, lime, fertilizer, mulch, and water all at one time. This method of application gives seed the best environment for full germination.
Other products are available to enhance the productivity of hydroseeding. Tactifier, interlocking fibers, and growth stimulator can be added to the slurry mixture as necessary.

Erosion control is necessary for steep banks. A straw or wood fiber mat is laid pinned over an
application of hydroseeding which holds the seed to the ground. This results in faster germination and stabilizes the soil for less erosion.
